How to reconstitute HGH: water added to the vial wall

Mixing HGH step by step

  1. Wash your hands, then use an alcohol swab to wipe the rubber stoppers on the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water.
  2. Use the syringe to draw up the water you chose. With 2 mL of water, a 5.8 mg vial gives 2.9 mg per mL.
  3. At a slight angle, insert the needle into the stopper and push it through. Let the water run slowly down the vial's inside wall.
  4. Until the powder is gone, gently roll the vial between your hands. Don't shake it.
  5. Mark the vial with the mix date, and store it as your product or prescription directs.
  6. Work out the units for your dose first. Then draw the syringe to the matching mark.

Questions people often ask

How much bacteriostatic water do I need for 5.8 mg of HGH?

No single amount is always right. With 2 mL, each mL has 2.9 mg; adding more water lowers the strength of each unit, so small doses are easier to draw.

Can I mix HGH with sterile water?

Sterile water is single use and has no preservative, so bacteriostatic water is usually used for a mixed vial that you draw from over days. Learn how sterile water differs from bacteriostatic water.
