How to reconstitute Sermorelin: water added to the vial wall

How to mix Sermorelin in steps

  1. Clean both rubber stoppers, the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water with an alcohol swab. Wash your hands before you start.
  2. Load the syringe with the amount of water you chose. With 2 mL in a 5 mg vial, you get 2.5 mg per mL.
  3. At a slight angle, push the needle through the stopper; let the water flow slowly along the vial's inside wall.
  4. Roll the vial gently in your hands until no powder is left. Don't shake it.
  5. Mark the vial with the mix date, then store it as your product or prescription directs.
  6. Find your dose in units, then draw to that line.

Questions people often ask

How much bacteriostatic water is used for 5 mg of Sermorelin?

There isn't one correct amount. With 2 mL, you get 2.5 mg per mL; adding more water weakens each unit and makes small doses easier to draw.

Can sterile water be used to mix Sermorelin?

Because sterile water has no preservative and is for one use, you usually mix a vial you draw from over days with bacteriostatic water. Read bacteriostatic water vs sterile water.
